Description:

A small class size of 20 students will provide focused learning. In this course you will apply your current understanding of MFR and NDT into case studies and problem solve around your current barriers in treatment. There will be thorough review of anatomy, physiology and MFR to fine tune your palpation skills. Therapists will evaluate, elongate and release fascial restrictions gaining skeletal alignment, range, and fluidity of movement. Additionally, you will use principles of Neuro-Developmental Treatment to improve functional independence and facilitate efficient movement increasing the effectiveness of Myofascial Release. This material is useful for therapists working with either the adult or pediatric population. This is an intermediate level course. Prior NDT and MFR courses appreciated.
